About Us
Parke House Nursing Home is a purpose-built, 145-bed, single storey nursing home set in the tranquillity of the countryside, yet only 15 minutes drive from West Dublin. Our Nursing Home is designed to ensure every comfort is afforded to our residents in the securest environment, in a happy and community environment, to promote the best possible quality of life for our residents.
Our residents’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do and our person-centred care planning let us take into account the preferences, needs and interests of our residents, whilst always prioritising their independence and dignity. We accommodate both female and male adults over the age of 18 years, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, providing nursing and GP care in a home finished and equipped to the highest standard.
We care for persons, predominantly in the older age group of over 65 years, who may be compromised by age-related illnesses or who can no longer live unsupported in society but whose needs can be met in a supportive care environment. We can provide care for those persons suffering from impairment in memory, judgement, language skills and deterioration in social skills.
Respite Care Services, typically for one to two-week periods, is available for persons recuperating post-surgery and we are registered with the following private healthcare companies.
Our specially designed palliative care suite provides a peaceful environment for residents and their visitors. The suite also has accommodation facilities for family members.
